This weeks challenge on Dan Can Bake It was to create an epic cake, inspired by a children’s book. Food Network happened to tuck a copy of Rainbow Fish into the challenge box and MAN, did that take me back! I love loved anything Rainbow Fish as a kid! Without further ado, here it is!
